I was so tempted to buy Demonic #1 but I just don't want to get into another new comic right now. I guess I'll trade-wait it like I'm doing with a lot of Image stuff.

All of the Pilot Season books are just one shots - there are a total of 5 of them and Demonic was just the first

oops I meant Demonic was the second

I think with how Pilot Season is being done right now it defeats the purpose of their even being a Pilot Season. That and and nothing has stuck from previous seasons so I think the whole thing is just a waste of time and resources for Top Cow.

Brik,

The same way you feel disheartened about Spawn’s drop in sales is the same feeling I have with Wildstorm’s drop.
With Jersey Gods when I was reviewing things to follow at Image, the art is what made me decide against it. But if you see that Chew, Proof, and Dynamo 5 are what beat it out for me, you should understand why.
I have Haunt #1 but had to stop because of $$$. I did flip through issues 2-4 but it still didn’t grab me. I might give the trade a try when it comes out.

And Chris, the saying is, “Never judge a book by its cover”. ;p
